Saying from Lance Armstrong, "Pain is temporary. Quitting lasts forever." I'll focus on that when I do my 100 mi ride on Sept. 12th! :-)

It's the day after my 70 mile ride, and I'm feeling great. I think I'll do it again this upcoming weekend! Life IS Good! :-)

Ride went very well. Did 70 mi. & in 4.5 hours. Last 10 was tough. Need to eat more during the ride to keep my energy up next time. :-)

4 weeks left until I do that 100 mile bike ride. This morning I'm off on a long ride with my buddy Memo. I'll let you know how it goes. :)
